Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of the products sold, NO returns are accepted on any of our wooden items. This is simply because of sanitary reasons. We cannot resell an item that someone else has touched. However, if you receive a faulty item as a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement item or a refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 days of us receiving your return package.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
For all orders within New Zealand we offer a flat shipping rate of $6 .
Shipping time frames for small orders are 1-3 business days, however sometimes we experience a high volume of orders which may push shipping to 3-5 business days. Larger orders takes 3-5 business days and can be 5-7 business days during high volume.
We charge a flat shipping rate of $20 for all orders to Australia. Due to current shipping delays please allow up to 21 days for New Zealand delivery. We take no responsibility for import duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination. Please allow extra time for customs processing.
If your products are on backorder we will let you know as soon as they become available again.
Pick up is from Manly, Whangaparoa. Please message us to arrange a time for pick up.
